Qualifications

• Non-profit fundraising experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with donor management systems (Raiser's Edge) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, and data-entry support for the philanthropy team.
• Assist in cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Prepare conference rooms and provide audiovisual support for meetings.
• Maintain donor records and pull reports for portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate with board members and respond to Foundation inquiries.
