Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Coordinator to support a team of gift officers with administrative, logistical, and data-entry tasks essential to the fundraising cycle.

You will assist in cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, manage donor records in Raiser's Edge, and help prepare meetings and events. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years fundraising experience in a non-profit setting; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can solve problems and work independently or in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
• Provide administrative, logistical, project management, and data entry support for a team of 6–8 gift officers.
• Update donor records and pull reports for portfolio reviews in Raiser's Edge.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and audio-visual support; handle donor inquiries.
• Attend off-site Foundation events as needed.
