Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a technician to support pheresis procedures in our Texas center. You will prepare donors, equipment, and the autopheresis machine, while monitoring the donor and responding to alarms during the pheresis process.

You will ensure accurate data entry in the donor information system, maintain a clean work environment, and comply with HSE and OSHA policies. Some cross-training and bilingual capabilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for pheresis.
• Prepare autopheresis machine for pheresis process.
• Monitor donor and pheresis process; respond to alarms.
• Disconnect donor when process completes.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions; notify staff.
