Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction from sheetrock to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple sites, order materials, and supervise quality and budget variances to ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities include managing time under construction, supervising construction activities, reviewing change orders, and reporting to the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, construction supervision, overhead costs, budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
