Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction professional to manage Phase II processes from sheetrock to home completion and to perform warranty service per company procedures. This role requires coordinating multiple contractors, ordering materials, and ensuring quality standards across sites.

The position emphasizes time management, cost control, and effective communication with homeowners and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with contractors and homeowners, verbally and in writing.
• Strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quality and quantity.
• Ensure adherence to Perry Homes quality standards; manage time under construction.
• Monitor budget variances and change orders; supervise construction activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
