Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites and ensure quality standards through the Phase II process from sheetrock to home completion. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills to manage materials, time, and cost variances.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, oversee safety and compliance, and collaborate with the Project Manager and Division leadership to deliver high-quality homes

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners in writing and verbally.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under time constraints and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of Perry Homes policies and procedures for construction personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites
• Order construction materials
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks
• Ensure standards of quality per Perry Homes
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, oversee overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or senior leadership
