Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II activities from sheetrock through home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple sites, order materials, monitor quality and progress, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and budgeting skills, with responsibilities expanding to change orders and cost control under the supervision of senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction activities, and control overhead costs and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
