Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities, coordinate multiple on-site contractors, and ensure completion to Perry Homes' standards. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication across teams and homeowners.

The ideal candidate will manage materials, maintain quality control, and address budget variances while guiding activities from sheetrock to home completion. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership or management experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints and read complex plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, supervise work, control overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
