Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II activities from sheetrock to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites and ensure adherence to Perry Homes' standards.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and communication with homeowners and subcontractors. Proficiency in reading blueprints and MS Office is expected, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, and development plans.
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.
