Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable project manager overseeing Phase II construction from sheetrock to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites and ensure Perry Homes' quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with experience reading blueprints and managing project scopes, budgets, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and plans.
• Knowledge of local building codes and Perry Homes policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or executives.
