Job summary

Perry Homes in Texas is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the Phase II process from sheetrock tape and float to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, monitor quality, and ensure Perry Homes' standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and the ability to read blueprints and development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant management experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and development documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Factors critical to success include management of time under construction, construction supervision, direct overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
