Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction professional to oversee Phase II activities from sheetrock to home completion, coordinating independent contractors across multiple sites. You will monitor materials, costs, and schedules to ensure Perry Homes quality standards.

Successful candidates will have leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage parallel tasks under tight deadlines. A valid driver’s license and adherence to company policies are required.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances and change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
