Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a construction project leader to coordinate contractors across multiple sites from sheetrock to completion. You will order materials, monitor quality, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met while managing time, overhead costs, and change orders under direction from senior leaders.

The role emphasizes strong communication with homeowners and subcontractors, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and read complex construction plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, and handle budgets and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP Construction, or Division President.
