Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager responsible for overseeing Phase II construction activities from drywall to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple sites, order materials, monitor quality and progress, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and ability to read complex blueprints and plans. A driver’s license and vehicle are expected, with opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, oversee overhead costs, budgets and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or senior leadership.
