Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities, coordinate independent contractors, and ensure quality standards across multiple jobsites. The role involves material ordering, progress monitoring, and adherence to Perry Homes procedures while maintaining timely project delivery.

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus familiarity with construction plans, codes, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under time constraints and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Perry Homes policies and procedures for construction personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites
• Order construction materials
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes
• Manage time under construction, construction supervision, overhead costs, budget variances and change orders
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President
