Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction coordinator to oversee Phase II from sheetrock to completion, coordinating independent contractors across multiple jobsites and ensuring workmanship meets Perry Homes standards.

The role includes material orders, quality monitoring, cost control, and managing change orders under tight timelines, reporting to the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in management or leadership roles in construction.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to read and understand complex construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
