Perry Homes is seeking a construction supervisor/manager to coordinate multiple contractors at various sites, order materials, and monitor quality from Phase II to home completion. You will ensure Perry Homes standards are met and support the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President with on-site leadership.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to read blueprints and development plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.
