Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multiple jobsites, supervise contractors, and ensure Perry Homes quality standards are met from Phase II to home completion. You will order materials, monitor both quantity and quality, and manage time and budget variances under leadership direction.

The role requires strong communication with homeowners and contractors, attention to detail, and the ability to read complex construction plans. A driver’s license and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing; excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints; manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Factors critical to success include management of time under construction, construction supervision, direct overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.
