Perry Homes in Texas is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II processes from sheetrock to home completion and to manage warranty service per company procedures.

You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, monitor quality and quantity, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met, while controlling time, overhead, budget variances, and change orders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires relevant management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.

Mansioni

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, budgets, variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
