• Maintain a neat, compliant work environment to meet requirements.
• Assist team members to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to handle tasks at drop-off, will call, drive-thru, and order receiving.
• Transcribe data from prescriptions to generate customer labels.
• Assist in maintaining inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs.
• Answer phone, exchange information accurately, ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer questions with effective communication with customers and staff.
