Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to obtain registration as a pharmacy technician with the state board.
• 0–6 months of experience preferred or acceptable for trainee role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the pharmacy entry with compassion and a smile.
• Assist with in-person and phone prescription processing and direct questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat work environment to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Support team to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to perform actions for drop-off, will call, drive-thru, and order processing.
• Assist with inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating drugs and supplies.
