Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with compassion at all pharmacy entry points.
• Process orders in person and by phone; refer questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment to meet policies.
• Assist team to run the department efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to maximize efficiency and provide care at drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving.
