Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.
• Experience required: 0 to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion at pharmacy entry points.
• Assist in processing orders in person and by phone, directing patients to products and answering questions about prescriptions.
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment to meet company and government requirements.
• Assist team members to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions for drop-off, will call, drive-thru, phone, filling and order receiving.
