Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to obtain registration as a pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.
• 0 to 6 months of experience preferred for trainee role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at pharmacy entry points and acknowledge them with a smile.
• Assist with processing orders in person and by phone, directing questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment meeting policies and regulations.
• Support team to ensure efficient department operations.
• Use the pharmacy computer to manage patient profiles, fill dates, and inventory.
• Assist with inventory and order processing to maintain stock levels.
