You will help build a service-oriented Pharmacy that develops strong relationships with patients while providing safe, accurate, and efficient care to achieve the best outcomes for patients, team members, and the company. The role emphasizes compassionate patient interactions, accurate prescription processing, and adherence to all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 0 to 6 months experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with compassion and a welcoming smile at pharmacy entry points.
• Assist patients with in-person and phone orders, referring questions to the pharmacist as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Support team members to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to process prescriptions, check stock, and manage orders.
• Complete required training and comply with HIPAA and all policies.
