Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion at pharmacy entry points.
• Provide patient care by addressing prescription and over‑the‑counter needs and guiding questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat work environment to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist team to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Complete required training programs and accompanying exams.
• Follow all policies including HIPAA and pseudoephedrine sales.
