You will help build a service-conscious Pharmacy that focuses on safe, accurate and efficient care for patients while developing relationships with customers and teammates. The role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, adherence to policies including HIPAA, and active support for pharmacy operations across entry points such as front counter, phone or drive-thru.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with state board.
• 0–6 months experience in a related role or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and acknowledge them with compassion at pharmacy entry points.
• Assist in processing orders in person and by phone, directing questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment and assist team for efficient department operations.
• Use the pharmacy computer to complete actions and manage prescriptions, will-call and curbside orders.
• Support executing company initiatives and training programs as required.
