Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician experience and PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of residence; NJ license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees, and existing staff.
• Coordinate cross-training through communication and scheduling with trainees.
• Deliver subject-matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects.
• Assist leads and supervisors in diagnosing and improving performance.
• Maintain readiness to work frontline duties as needed.
