The CareKinesis Call Center Operations Trainer will continue to do critical front-line work and will be a key contributor to the department workflow. The CareKinesis Call Center Operations Trainer will conduct continued training for new employees after their introductory period of training through our Organizational Development department has been completed. High school diploma /GED required.* Must have Pharmacy Technician experience.* Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate, required.* Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state residing and obtain the New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6-months of hire.* Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends, to meet the demands of training and operational priorities* Ability to perform in an office based (or remote) setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time.**Physical/Mental Demands:** This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.
