AnewHealth is seeking a CareKinesis Pharmacy Technician, Call Center Operations Trainer to train and develop team members and support front-line operations. This developmental role offers an opportunity to demonstrate higher level leadership abilities while contributing to department workflow.

The role involves conducting ongoing training for new hires after their initial onboarding, with a focus on improving performance and standardizing processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work in remote or office setting.
• Evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong training and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Frontline work and training for new hires.
• Deliver department task training to staff.
• Coordinate cross training with designated trainees.
• Provide subject matter expertise for continuous improvement projects.
• Assist leads in diagnosing and improving performance.
