Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a CareKinesis Pharmacy Technician, Call Center Operations Trainer to lead training for new hires and cross-training within our call center. You will train staff on department tasks and support ongoing development through our Organizational Development team.

The role offers remote work with a schedule that may include evenings or weekends to meet training and operational priorities. Prior pharmacy tech experience and national certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a High school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain a current certificate.
• Must have an active NY/NJ state Pharmacy Technician license within 6 months of hire.
• Flexibility to adapt schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires on department tasks and cross-train existing staff.
• Coordinate cross training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects.
• Assist leads and supervisors in diagnosing performance and implementing improvements.
