Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager (L5) to lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across our clinical care operations. This role requires a strong background in pharmacy practice, leadership, and a proactive approach to improving patient outcomes.

You will work with Operations Managers, participate in quality initiatives, manage scheduling, and support training and development while meeting stringent SLAs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Willingness to obtain active licenses in up to 8 states within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to provide clinical guidance with the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC).
• Develop quality improvement measures and resolve issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor daily operational metrics.
• Train and develop team members.
• Manage rotational assignments and scheduling for coverage.
• Investigate quality errors and coordinate resolutions.
