Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or PharmD/Pharmacy degree.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in domicile state.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Ability to work weekends/nights/holidays.
• Willingness to obtain an Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in a minimum of 8 out of 21 US states within the first 6 months in role.

Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to provide clinical guidance.
• Develop quality improvement measures and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor daily metrics to maintain SLAs.
• Train and develop the team and manage scheduling.
• Investigate quality errors and coach on resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on performance and attendance.
• Hands-on leadership in production to complete tasks and escalations.
• Ensure timecard accuracy prior to payroll.
