Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound automated dialer-generated calls.
• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders.
• Answers questions and educates customers about products/services.
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in the computerized system.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
