Job summary
WTW in the United States seeks a Pharmacy Senior Director to shape strategic directions for the pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements. You will help grow our pharmacy and health care delivery solutions across North America, partnering with experienced consultants and cross-functional teams to drive value and revenue.

Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting or brokerage setting.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships.
- Executive-level communication and strategic thinking.
- Ability to lead global teams and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy innovation and multi-year strategy development for national clients.
- Manage PBM vendor procurement, negotiations and performance audits.
- Grow pharmacy benefits revenue by crafting and selling solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand integrated offerings.
