Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director in Arlington, VA to lead financial analyses and strategic pharmacy benefit initiatives. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Consulting Practice within Health and Benefits and guide teams through complex projects involving design, financing and ongoing management of PBM programs.

You will present results to clients, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape tools and models used across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans in consulting or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses including cost savings and data projections.
• Develop client analyses and deliverables for reviews.
• Analyze and negotiate vendor products and pricing.
• Design and evaluate responses to RFPs and market checks.
• Lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Present complex pharmacy financial strategies to clients.
