Job summary

WTW is hiring a Pharmacy Senior Director to shape strategic directions for our pharmacy business and oversee large client engagements. You will lead the development of innovative pharmacy approaches, engage with vendors, and contribute to marketing and growth initiatives across North America.

The role requires a pharmacist degree or significant consulting experience, 10+ years in designing/managing large group PB plans, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships.
• Executive presence with polished written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy strategy and client engagements for large, complex accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to expand integrated pharmacy and clinical offerings.
• Drive new relationships, design innovative engagement models, and oversee PBM vendor procurement and audits.
