Job summary

WTW in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Director in the Financial and Analytics team within Health and Benefits to lead the design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs for diverse clients. You will drive financial analyses, develop pricing models, review contracts, and mentor a team of professionals while collaborating with cross-functional experts in the pharmacy practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans.
• Strong financial skills; experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with quantitative coursework.

Responsibilities

• Review and perform financial analyses including cost savings and data projections; create/update pricing and analytical models.
• Develop client analyses and documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, pricing guarantees.
• Lead project planning, manage delivery, ensure timelines, budgets, quality.
• Mentor junior colleagues on the pharmacy financial team.
• Present complex pharmacy financial strategies to internal partners and clients.
