Job summary

WTW in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to advance strategic directions for our pharmacy business and lead large, highly visible client engagements. You will be a key voice in one of the world’s leading HR consulting firms and help evolve pharmacy and broader health care delivery in North America.

The role focuses on driving innovation, managing PBM partnerships, designing and delivering benefit programs, expanding revenue, and mentoring consultants across cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Experience leading global teams and strategic partnerships.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Pharmacist degree and license preferred or significant pharmacy consulting experience.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new pharmacy approaches and collaborate with executives at vendors and clients.
• Oversee PBM vendor procurement, negotiation, and performance audits.
• Design cost-saving strategies, plan analyses, and member engagement efforts.
• Grow pharmacy benefits revenue by crafting and selling integrated solutions.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate with cross-functional WTW teams.
• Contribute to broader health and benefits strategy and tool development.
