Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Consultant, Manager to lead client Pharmacy engagements for a portfolio of Small to Medium clients and to contribute to large client initiatives. The role requires deep PBM knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance clinical needs with business growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in clinical strategy and PBM, with a track record in presenting to clients and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical strategy, PBM, analytics, growth and consulting
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare and PBM ecosystems across various settings
• PBM account executive experience strongly preferred
• Strong strategic thinker who challenges the status quo and asks tough questions
• Excellent communication to convey complex clinical, technical, and financial aspects

Responsibilities

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for a portfolio of Small to Medium clients and contribute to large ones
• Support clients in navigating pharmacy concepts and present findings in meetings or to teams
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge across Pharmacy activities and emerging trends
• Influence client decision makers by understanding needs and proposing solutions
• Develop relationships with employer and vendor contacts to strengthen WTW's brand
• Provide leadership to junior colleagues on pharmacy concepts and tools
• Conduct final quality reviews for Pharmacy deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support new business efforts
• Contribute to intellectual capital development
• Support broader health and benefits strategy and growth
