Scripts Rx Pharmacy seeks a Patient Service Representative to support pharmacists in delivering medications to patients. You will operate in an omnichannel patient contact center, coordinating calls, texts, chats, and emails to resolve prescription-related inquiries and ensure smooth delivery.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment, with emphasis on using technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Indiana technician license required.
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology and computers.

Responsabilidades

• Contact patients via call, text, chat, and email in a contact center environment.
• Perform patient insurance eligibility checks.
• Prepare prescriptions for delivery.
