You will answer questions, resolve issues, and document interactions with accuracy and care, upholding LucyRx policies. This role requires a high school diploma, a current pharmacy technician license, 2+ years of customer service experience, and comfort with multi-channel support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Pharmacy technician license or certification required, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in call center/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls and provides information or support following policies.
• Troubleshoots pharmacy claims submissions and documents calls in the ticketing system.
• Provides clinical call support for prior authorization calls and documents in the ticketing system.
• Explains pharmacy benefit plans to patients accurately.
