Job summary

Scripts Rx Pharmacy in Carmel, IN seeks a Patient Service Representative to support pharmacists in delivering medications to patients. The role operates in an omnichannel contact center handling calls, texts, chats, and emails, with emphasis on white-glove customer service.

Must have a high school diploma; healthcare or call center experience is preferred. Competitive hourly rate and benefits after 90 days; shifts 8:00–16:00, 9:30–17:30, or 11:00–19:00, with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and college degree preferred
• Experience in a pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with providing white glove customer service situations
• Experienced and excels at multitasking
• Agile and willing to work in a consistently evolving work environment
• Comfortable with technology and working with computers

Responsibilities

• Contact patients via call, text, chat, and email to provide support
• Perform patient insurance eligibility checks
• Prepare prescriptions for delivery
• Support prior authorization processing
• Address patient prescription concerns
• Manage inbound pharmacy call volume
