Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Texas technician license required.
• Experience in pharmacy/healthcare or call center is preferred but not required.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with white glove customer service situations.
• Able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable with technology and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing medication to patients under supervision.
• Handle omnichannel contact (call, text, chat, email) with patients.
• Check patient insurance eligibility.
• Prepare prescriptions for delivery and support prior authorization processing.
• Address patient prescription concerns and manage inbound pharmacy calls.
