Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills to navigate systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Owns shift readiness and executes staffing and workflow priorities for on-time prescription fulfillment.
• Guides team members on the floor and coordinates real-time adjustments for productivity.
• Onboards, trains, and coaches staff to reinforce correct behaviors and standards.
• Champions safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and escalates issues as needed.
• Monitors performance using productivity and quality metrics and drives continuous improvement.
• Maintains strong relationships with internal teams and partners and supports inventory tasks.
• Performs pharmacy-related duties under supervision and reports prescription errors to the pharmacist.
• Supports inventory management including ordering, unpacking, organizing, and storing items.
