Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns shift readiness and execution by coordinating staffing, workflow prioritization, and real-time adjustments to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time prescription fulfillment.
• Deploys and guides team members on the floor to meet productivity and service expectations, providing direction and coordination.
• Enables onboarding, training, and real-time coaching to reinforce correct behaviours and standards.
• Champions safety, quality, and compliance by reinforcing standard work and escalating regulatory issues as needed.
• Monitors performance by reviewing productivity and quality metrics and sharing insights with leadership.
• Maintains strong working relationships with internal teams and partners and supports inventory processes.
