Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in a fulfillment, logistics or centralized service setting.
• Pharmacy Technician license required or to be obtained within mandated timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolution strategies.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and provides technical advice on complex issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and coaches.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews and identifies development opportunities.
• Suggests process improvements to enhance operations.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws and company policies (HIPAA, etc.).
