Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license or PTCB certification within 12 months of placement
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations and reports issues
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and coaches according to quality standards
• Coaches and develops team members and leads
• Conducts performance reviews and identifies opportunities for development
