Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a front-line leader for its Centralized Services pharmacy fulfillment center. You will provide daily support to the team and act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring a first-in-class experience for patients and customers.

As a supervisor, you will assign, monitor and review day-to-day work, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper routing of matters to the right party while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 2+ years in a pharmacy, retail, or fulfillment environment.
• Willingness to obtain a Pharmacy technician license or currently licensed.
• Strong customer service experience and ability to meet quality standards.
• Ability to build and maintain team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line leader for the Centralized Services pharmacy fulfillment center.
• Provide daily support to team members to ensure first-class patient/customer experience.
• Escalate complex or critical issues as an escalation point of contact.
• Assign, monitor and review day-to-day work; provide technical guidance.
• Ensure matters are routed to the appropriate party or resolved.
