Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the team, provide support to pharmacy fulfillment staff, and ensure a first-in-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers.

You will monitor day-to-day work, coach team members, conduct performance reviews, seek process improvements, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, productivity, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of fulfillment/logistics experience.
• Ability to be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the state Board of Pharmacy or be nationally certified within the required timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolution strategies.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations and reports issues when needed.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for the scheduled shift and provides coaching according to quality standards.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads; conducts performance reviews with team members.
• Identifies development opportunities and recommends sustainable solutions to achieve results.
• Looks for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas; makes recommendations on process improvements.
• Maintains working relationships with all levels of management to meet department objectives.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies; maintains productivity and timeliness expectations.
